Bedtime for toddlers? How do you get your toddler to sleep at night? What's your routine?

We have tea bout 5-530 then bath straight after. Then we play and 18 month old has a bottle and bed around 7 then i have an hr with 8 year old before shes in bed at 8pm. Ive been putting 18 month old in bed with a bottle (even tho i know u shouldn't) but she just falls asleep easier

The I take him through a guided relaxation and he's usually asleep by 7.

2.5yr old

Dinner 6.30

Bed 7

All loose times, some nights isn't in bed till 7.30, others will be in bed by 6.30.

3.5 year old

Dinner at 6

Brush teeth

Then i lay with her for a hour most nights until shes asleep then sneak out. She's usually in our bed 1 hour later for the rest of the night?

For 11 month old and 3.5 year old: dinner at 5:30/6pm, then toilet, bath, pjs, tooth brush, book time, prayers.

Baby then nurses to sleep

3.5 year old says goodnight and lights out. Usually asleep in 10-30 minutes.

For my 19mo we have dinner around 5ish, followed by a bath/shower and then milk (usually 6ish) then some quiet play or we go for walk (him in his trike). I read him 2 books in bed and he is out like a light when I leave the room. Bedtime is around 7.

If he is very tired or hasn't had a great day nap he will go down earlier 6-630. But usually closer to 7, no later.

Just turned 2 - dinner at 5, bath/shower at 615, milk and story then into bed at 7. Since bringing baby home toddler wants to be pat to sleep again and is usually out between 730-745

Bath at 5ish. Dinner at 6-630. She usually always has a yoghurt or banana at 7ish then brush teeth & do a wee & bed at 730-745.

My 19 Month old has dinner around 4:30/5 then a bath. Milk at 6. Brush teeth then Book at 6:30 and then he's off to sleep

2.5 year old has dinner around 6-6.30, bath straight after dinner. Then we brush teeth, pick a story grab her sippy cup of milk and i lay in her bed & read with her. Then say goodnight, light off door closed and she goes to sleep usually around 7.30-8pm

My two year old has bath then dinner, I'm wanting to reverse them though, then she goes to bed with a bottle.

Sippy of milk on the lounge with his pillow and sheet at 8. If he hasn't had a nap that day he is usually asleep by 830.

21 month dd has dinner at 5:30 then a shower. At 6:30 she's put in her cot for bed, most of the time plays around for about half hr then goes to sleep.
