Baby won't stop crying

Well... It's 11 pm here in Houston and my sweet baby girl has been crying whenever I stop breastfeeding her for the past 4 hours. I've been breastfeeding her 2 out of the 4 hours so I'm done with breastfeeding for now. I've tried diaper changes rocking her, gripe water and probiotic drops. If I get 2 hours of sleep tonight I will consider myself lucky. Anyone else got a colicy baby? Any useful tips?

I have cried when both of my children have cried. It becomes overwhelming to care for them.

My little one was going through a phase like that, for like a week she was super fussy between 1-3:30. Feeding, changing, rocking, nothing seemed to help! But luckily that has passed!

My baby is two weeks and three days and she has been like this since she's born. If she's not in my breast she's not happy. I know she can't be hungry all the time but I think sometimes it's just comfort. I also have to let her sleep on me at night cause the minute I put her down she cries.

My baby was the same from 6pm till now 1am.

Tried everything and nothing.

She was just too hungry, apparantly breastfeeding was not enough so I gave her 2oz of formula and now she is sound asleep.

If you pump then offer her some more milk....otherwise some formula.

(I dont pump so I have no choice other than to give her formula)

I sometimes cry with her. It kills me not knowing what she's needs or wants.

We think we're over feeding Emma. We cut back and wait to see if she needs/wants more like an hr later. She was less fussy and cried less today. She's due for a 2am bottle so hopefully I can sleep after that. Well 4 hrs anyways. Then sleep some more after the next 3-4 hr bottle. We do bicycles and rub her tummy too! She lives it. Good luck and hugs to you both! Sending you sleep dust

Sorry you're going through this. It's terrible :( My son screamed at me every waking hour for a week solid, only thing he wanted was breast or sleep. Gripe water ended up saving us. Have you seen the video on this Drs way to calm any baby by shaking their booty? It really works. If you haven't tried that, google it & give it a shot. It calmed mine down enough to be rocked to sleep last night. Good luck. I hope you find something!

Is she doing that every night or just tonight? I've had a few nights like that with my son (he's 2 wks) where he just wants to nurse all night and if I move him he wakes up and cries. I think he does it to increase my milk supply, maybe that's what your baby is doing? On those nights I just get in my recliner with him and let him sleep on my chest after he's done nursing and I cat nap all night with him. I feel for you, it is rough :( I also got an auto rock n play to put him in, he was having trouble sleeping flat on his back in the bassinet. The motion of it helps him sleep plus he feels snuggled.

Opinions on crying it out?

Opinions on crying it out? My baby is 8 1/2 months old. I've tried the no tears method and it worked a couple times but now it doesn't anymore. I do squats while holding her and rock her (21 lbs baby) for over an hour each nap all for nothing. My friend said she did cry it out and by the 3rd day her baby would only cry 5 minutes and now he's totally fine with sleeping in the crib. Opinions please? I am the only one who actually raises my kid. My fiancé does not help and I have no family that helps. So it is very hard on me. Thank you Edit: because clearly some of the women on here think I'm a monster. I am an EMT. When I go back to work, I will be gone 24 hours at a time. My daughter is almost 9 months old and cries every minute she is not in my arms. As much as I want to comfort her every second of the day, I can't. And it's better I get her used to sleeping on her own now, than not letting her cry and all of a sudden mommys gone for 24 hours at a time and she completely loses it and I can't just get off work to comfort her.

Im seriously loosing it i dont know how to do it with my baby anymore with the breastfeeding she keeps falling asleep i can't wake her up I've tried everything but as soon as i put her down 2 minutes and she's crying like crazy i pick her up and give her the boob and right back to sleep. I've been pumping and giving her bottle and breast here an there but its been 2 days I've tried to only keep her on breast and I'm so done with trying 😭 by breasts are full and im scared shell make my supply go down
