glandular fever

My sister was just diagnosed with glandular fever and i had a couple of sips of her boost juice a couple of days ago. How likely is it that i will contract it

Ok thank you. Hopefully i dont get it. My 13yo daughter finished off the boost, so im really worried she will get it

It is possible, but I would guess you would be fine.

I had it when I was 19 and despite living with and sleeping with my ex, he never got it.

Its possible. Incubation (sp) can be anywhere from 4-6 weeks. If you're suddenly unwell or get a sore throat, go straight to your gp.

It's possible :( It's spread through bodily fluids. However, it does affect everyone differently. Some people can be carriers and not actually have any symptoms. Hopefully you are lucky.
