I made my own granola bars and it was surprisingly simple. Having these for grabs definitely helps with clean eating. Btw I did cut them up smaller than this, they were pretty massive. ?

Well, the recipe is in Dutch I'm afraid. From the following website: https://chickslovefood.com/recept/3x-gezonde-mueslirepen-suikervrij-glutenvrij-vegan/
Let me see if I can put it through Google translate.

Ingredients
- 130 grams of oat flakes
- 60 grams of mixed, unbranched, unsalted nuts and seeds (linseed, sunflower seeds, sesame seed, chia seed ...)
- 75 grams of dates
- 2 teaspoons grated peel of a biological lemon
- 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
- 70 grams of honey
- 2 tablespoons of water
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees (celcius).
- Put the oats, nuts, seeds, dates, lemon peel and cinnamon into a blender or chopper and chop into a coarse substance.
- Heat the honey in a saucepan until it is very liquid, then add the oil and the water.
- Stir through and add your oat mixture. Stir well again until you get a sticky mass.
- Coat a small baking tin or a small oven dish (I have a brownie tin) with baking paper and divide your muesli paste over it.
- Grease well so that it is even thick. Go for about a centimeter thickness. Is your tin bigger? Just fill in 2/3 of the tin, the mass will stay in place.
- Bake in the oven for about 25 to 30 minutes until it is beautifully brown but not dark brown. It may be a little bit soft, it will be hard during cooling.
- Remove from the oven and make notches with your knife where you want to break the slice later.
- Allow the slice to cool well and break / cut into rows.

These look amazing! What's a biological lemon (maybe a dumb question)? How did they taste/how was the texture? I would love to make my own granola bars so they can be clean.

Oh sorry, just read this now. A biological lemon is a lemon that wasn't sprayed with pesticides. I don't really know the proper translation.
Texture was crunchy and a bit sticky and it tasted quite sweet. I would actually maybe cut down on the honey.
