Sorry but it's red flags if he's still at the neighbor's this late. Call him and if he doesn't pick up, text him that you saw everything through the window and see how quick he answers the phone.

I am being pretty naive. I don't think they're having sex, but I think they have another kind of connection. I like her, but I don't really like having company. I don't drink or smoke so I'm the oddball. I can't go over there because I don't want to take my infant out or expose her to smoke.

That's bizarre. My husband and I used to be really good friends with one of our neighbors. She and I had actually known each other years before my husband and I met but lost touch until we both moved into the same apartment complex. They occasionally hung out when I was not around but I was good enough friends with her to know their relationship was strictly platonic. I would not be ok with some random chick I barely knew though
