I kind of made it up...
-4 medium sweet potatoes grated
-1 1/2 large zuchinni
-2 cups (cooked) quinoa
-4 eggs
-dash if salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Mix and put on greased (olive oil) pan. Cook at 350 for about 30/40 minutes.
I made it for future meals as well, so it made quite a bit. But you
Could scale it down. It made 6 good sized cakes and a whole 9x13 pan.
