Boil or steam them

I would thaw them in the fridge the day before.

I just give my son frozen green beans (the long ones) and he loooves them!
If you’re microwaving then make sure that you add a little water so that it actually steams them.
You can also steam by boiling water and putting the veggies (any veggies or potato) in a rack thing on top with a lid. Not sure if that’s a good description but you can google it lol

I'm with muckyducky, boil or steam them but corn will never get soft enough because of the skin on the cernel (sp?) But I can steam n then put them in a blender to make a puree.

You should just buy a vegetable steamer. The baby bullet turbo steamer is only 20$.

I always boiled them, and they worked fine for my LO.

I buy the steam fresh bags of veggies in the freezer aisle. Quick, easy and no dishes lol
