Rainedrops17 when did you have your IUI done? Four follicles is great! Are you in the 2ww too?
Thank you so much everyone! I wish you all the best of luck too and will definitely let you know what happens! :)
Sure thing I'm glad I could make someone feel better about it! This was my first iui so I didn't know what to expect. I did 6 rounds of clomid not monitored and I also did 1 round of femara unmonitored nothing happened from all of those I ovulated twice on clomid and once with femara but it was a late ovulation like cd 34 I think
Thank you so much ndebot and congrats on your pregnancy! You just made me feel so much better! We are really hoping that it works this time! How many IUI'S did you do before you got your bfp?
I would say your chances are better the more follicles u have! I was told by my fertility dr that I had a 5% chance of having twins or more due to the fact I had more than one follicle. I did injections and iui on my last ultrasound before I triggered I had a 15mm, 13mm, 12 mm and a bunch of 11's was told that I needed to trigger that night because in one night my follicles had grown alot! The 15 grew by 5mm! and I am currently pregnant I would say your odds are better! My husband's sperm post wash was 28mil. And 85 % motility good luck to you!!
They do charge for the 2 IUI'S. I had to pay both days. I wish I didn't though :)
We didn't have much luck with our first IUI either. I only had 1 follicle and his counts were really low. I think that we were both stressing to much about it. Sorry about your bfn and I wish you all the best with your 2nd:)
Thank you Ikal24! We did not do back to back IUI'S the first time and then when I asked about it they said that they can do it:) Best of luck to you!
Fx for u! I'm testing bfn at 13dpiui- 1st one with two follicles, 24mm & 25mm. Dh's post wash was 10mil. I tried to stay warm and eat/drink warm things during the tww hoping that would help, but I think I'll be moving on to iui #2. :(
I took 50mg of clomid 3-7 and I O on my own. Best wishes!!!
Good luck dear!
