I'm using Baby Daybook app to track diapers and feedings. Lots of other things you can chart. Nice app. I used the Similac one with the last baby.

It's not an app but my MIL sent me this thing called a Pocket Nanny that tracks feedings- each side, sleep, and diaper changes. I've never heard of anything like this until she sent it so it will be interesting to try out.
