I layered! Waterproof pad-Sheet-waterproof pad- Sheet! Than I could just pull the wet layers off at night, it worked good for me!

I just grab a clean sheet from the cupboard, change it and put dirty one in the laundry basket

The only time I've had to change sheets with my 2 kids during the night is if they throw up but I needed to change it all! They never really spit up or anything at night. My mom would layer the crib mattress with us kids- pad, sheet, pad, sheet. So when she changed at night there was already a clean one there. I never felt the need to do that though

Two layer with mattress protector and sheet. That way if you need to change it you can do it quick and the clean layer is ready to go.

My baby is almost 10 months old and I have never had to change the sheet at night

I always just had extra sheets on hand. It's harder to change sheets with a bumper on. I have the best mattress that's waterproof so if there were ever accidents we could just wipe it off with an antibacterial wipe and replace the sheet. I never had a major issue and only had to do middle of the night changes a few times between my two kids. I find that the most common thing now is my almost 2 year old son is super wet in the morning after sleeping all night. Lol

I had a reflux Bub as well. I used to have a mattress protector, top sheet, mattress protector and then another top sheet. That way if there was a big spew then it was easy enough to just take off the sheet and protector and still have the cot ready to go. Like pp I also had a cloth nappy under bubs head.

My daughter has severe reflux and would soak a cloth nappy in an hour!

She had a mattress protecter on, a towel on the mattress, then the sheet, then a cloth nappy under her head. That way most of the time we really only had to change the nappy..

It's honestly something that I have never had to do. So far I've been lucky with 2 kids that never really spit up much and only like 1 diaper blow out ever.

My daughter spit up a lot so I had this organic waterproof pad that tied onto the crib slates, then a crib sheet, and then an organic water proof mattress cover. It's really hard to change the crib sheet so I like having an extra layer or two.
