best book for L&D!!
I'm reading "the birth partner" by penny simkin (3rd edition). it is the most comprehensive book I've read so far. it shows yr partner what do do, stages of labor, and tells you when to go to hospital,etc. can be helpful for medicated, unmedicated, or home births. you can get it from the library.

7/19/18 woke u with severe contractions.. went to the er & got sent home..7/20/18 Again had mayor contractions (they never went away) went back to l&d but my cervix was not making any changes.. got sent home!!!
& omg my body was so tired from contracting n not sleeping (it was horrible)..same thing barely no sleep!

7/21/18 had enough went back to l&d same story no changes drink water 💦
