Ladies I have a question does my boyfriend need his I.D to put his last name on birth certificate ?
I been off my birth control pills since April this year
Birth Plan Rant I used to be all about getting an epidural, but after research and thinking about it more I want to have an unmedicated birth (this is my first baby). What annoys me is when I say that I'm going to TRY my hardest to have a natural and unmedicated birth people always feel the need to say that I'm crazy or that I'm going to change my mind when I get in that position. Or that epidurals are the best. I do realize that plans change, but why can't people be supportive and encouraging?
I have a low tolerance of pain so I’m screwed either way 😂 but I am going to get through a natural birth no matter what! Quick question: Are the contractions or pushing the most painful? I’ve felt contractions with my first and omg. But I didn’t experience the pushing. He was way to tiny.
I wish u could do polls on this app but My question: how many of you ladies didn’t do birthing classes??

was the antibiotics b/c of rh factor or b/c of not having the group b strep?
i would ask for intermitent (sp?) monitoring so you can move...you can be in the tub after your water breaka (i was!), but that might just be the hospital's policy...labor in the position that feels right to you. staying upright helps labor progress vs. being on your back.
also, studies show the risk of infection is not from your water breakinga. but from vaginal checks. when my water broke, my midwife had me labor at home until i was 3-1-1.
just my thoughts! :)
