Hello:) expecting #5 and thinking I'm not going to bf this time I had a breast aug done after my 4th and I know plenty of women bf w implants but I just don't feel comfortable since they are silicone I have a lot of numbness on my nipple and I struggled to bf my last baby for 12 months so thinking it might be even more of a challenge w the implants. My concern is how my uterus will contract if I don't bf:( I'm scared of pph and I know bf helps pull everything back in also wondering if I'll lose the weight as quick not bf? Any advice is appreciated:)
