So my doctor thinks I’ve got IBS and I don’t even have the foggiest on how to manage it. It’s the terrible painful bloating that is the biggest problem. Anyone on here with IBS have any tips

No he just told me to use FODMAP. Are you taking anything? Xx

I have ibs and it's horrible I find things like pastry and a lot of wheat trigger mine off. Have they told you to take anything? Xx
