Pump every 3 hours at least for 15 min. That’s what I was told. Get a double pump.
Legally your job has to provide you a private area to pump, the bathroom does not count! They also have to allow you breaks to pump too.

I really don't understand the judgment between being a working mom or a stay at home mom. If you need to work, work. If not, don't. No need to degrade other women for doing the opposite of you. 🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️

I pump every three hours as well. But for ten min.. I agree get a double.. Electric!!!
