May be a silly question but I’m new to all this... when it comes to midwives, will she only be there for some pregnancy visits, the birth and some postpartum and I have another doctor that does all the pregnancy & medical of everything such as ultrasounds and tests??

I go to a midwife through a hospital. I go to her for all my prenatal visits. She’ll be there during the birth and for my postpartum appointment.
If there are any complications, that’s the only time you would have to switch from seeing a midwife during your pregnancy to seeing an OB/GYN.
I just absolutely love some women on here! Some woman wants to write on another women's post telling her she shouldn't be having sex at all in the beginning of pregnancy. I didn't know she was her doctor. Then she wants to tell me that the first trimester is only 1-9 weeks pregnant. And she lost her baby at 4 weeks pregnant due to sex. Like sweetie that's your period starting!
