After a c-section when can we try to get pregnant after ? Any moms out there get pregnant soon after their c-section ?

@kiki.2217, yes my doc told me a year too .... yes but planning on waiting until about 6 more months so won’t be quiet a year .... I have to have a c-section no matter what my pelvis is too narrow 😒

My ob recommended 1-1 1/2 years but she did tell me it also depends on how well u heal

I had 2 c sections in 1 year I had one in January and then my next one was in november 10 months later (2013). Before those two I had one a year before in December of 2011

@zoeyriley31214, honestly they told me to wait 1 year and i think thats what everyone recommends and i didnt plan on getting pregnant so soon but it happened and i had another c section and thank god everything went fine. Are you planning to get pregnant again asap?

@kiki.2217, just wondering because my son is two months old we had a c-section due to complications just concerned how long on average is good to wait until getting pregnant again

@kiki.2217, oh sorry I thought u meant you got pregnant at 3 months and had to have an emergency c- section with your second

I got pregnant when my son was 3 months old. I had an emergency c section.
