23 weeks and really bad pain/pressure in pelvic area? TMI but feels like she going to push her way out. Anyone ever feel this way? It hurts to walk. Do t remember feeling this last time.

I’m only about to be 20 weeks and felt like this yesterday.. it has gone away though and baby is still active but my vag was swollen too
