Has she looked in gentian violet? (Sp?) it's annoying to use, I've heard) but that will help it not get passed back and forth.

Yeast can't live in apple cider vinegar. I would take shots of it mixed with water(you get used to it but it's rough) a couple times a day. It makes your sweat stink but I swear it worked! You can rub it I your nipples too. Air dry!!!

That whole thing sucks! I would be using tons of lanolin and drinking apple cider vinegar and well as rubbing it on after sessions. As much air drying/free noontime as possible. Sanitize her bras! Hot compress and massage! The ped can rx drugs for thrush too! Have her tell them!

Organic unprocessed coconut oil. I had thrush issue that would not go away. Mess didn't helped. But the coconut oil did. It HAS to be unrefined. It'll also moisturizer and help with the cracking and bleeding. Poor thing.

She said he won't take formula at all and won't drink breastmilk if it's been refrigerated or frozen. He only likes it from the tap or if she pumps, he'll drink it at room temperature.

That's awful. Has she thought about pumping? Sometimes this late in the game, it would be difficult to respond to a pump. She should be so proud of making it this far, though!

She could always try pumping instead. Since she's sanitizing the parts afterwards and the baby uses a bottle, they wouldn't pass it back and forth anymore.

Has she thought of pumping until she's ready to wean?

She has a bacterial infection, thrush, dermatitis and impetigo. ? Poor thing has been suffering for so long! They gave her the ointment and an antibiotic. They told her she may have to stop breastfeeding because they'll just keep passing it back and forth to one another.

She should go to a walk-in clinic and get them to prescribe it. Poor girl. That sounds awful. ?

Can she go to urgent care? They should be able to prescribe her the cream. I think there's a recipe online you can look up for it.
