Guys ?
I either overdid it these last few days or did something awful to my back. I've never had back pain in pregnancy so I'm hoping it's short-lived, it started the night before last, but last night it was so bad, I couldn't sleep and just cried. My husband got me the heating pad and propped me up, but it literally hurts to move.
I would definitely head in for some chiro care. With all the relaxin we get during pregnancy it can be easy to pull things out of alignment.
You should always start with ice, for 24 hours to bring down inflammation, and then alternating hot & cold.
I also use diluted lavender EO when my neck acts up. It's a natural antispasmodic.
I threw my back out while pregnant, it's the worst. Alternate heat and ice, the ice will help the swelling go down and is actually better for it than heat. Definitely go to the chiropractor, you probably have a pinched nerve and they can get everything back where it belongs. Back pain is the worst, hope you feel better!
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...
Science!
My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?
Starting TWW. Anyone else?
I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.
I had this in the same spot with my last 2 pregnancies. It went away after I had my oldest son but I still have it after having my little one a year and a half later. It's so painful and torturous. If it doesn't go away go see a chiropractor like the others suggested. I hope you find some relief!
