I cook the first thirty minutes at 500 so that lowers the remaining lbs to about 8-10 min per lb.

Last year it cooked really fast too but not that fast! I'll take it out at 3 and check it.

Well the rule of thumb is 20 mins per pound

ETA at 350 degrees

Awe I'm really sorry your so stressed out!!! And being that far along cannot be easy doing all that work. As far as your brother if he wants pumpkin pie tell him to go to the store and buy it himself. That's bullshat how could he be so rude!!!! This is why we have started our own family tradition to just stay home our little family of 4 and cook just for ourselves. Maybe consider doing that next year

I was smart and did all I could yesterday so literally all I had to do today was clean the house and get things in and out of the oven.
