Thanks ladies!
Miley - my go to these last few months has been Psalm 61:2 - When my heart is overwhelmed, lead me to the rock that is higher than I.
Thanks ladies!! I'm not going to allow this to stress me out. It's out of my hands and I'm just so grateful to have him here with me with a strong beating heart.
I just really can't stand these MFM doctors but they're the only ones around. They are so cold, have no bedside manner and just don't offer any support - only medical answers with no emotion. I'm going to call my OB tomorrow and talk to them about it. ☺️
Congratulations on your baby boy! Best wishes that mama and babe are healthy xo
Side note: don't be surprised if your daughter dislocates her shoulder again. My son had it happen...he was running into traffic and my so stopped him by grabbing his arm and it just popped out. Took him to the er and they told us it may happen a few more times before age five bc the joints are still pliable and slip out easier. We ended up in emerge 3 more times before the doctors showed us how to pop it back in ?
@sa_ssy - no names yet. We are the worst and probably won't know what his name will be until after he's born.
Thanks ladies! My DD1 was so excited. She looked up to the sky and said "Oh thank you Jesus for not giving me another sister! I already have on of those and did not need another!"
The tech started cracking up! ?
In addition to all of this - today was crazy! We took the kids to the level 2 sono so we could all find out the sex together. As I pull into the parking lot, my youngest starts puking EVERYWHERE! This has been happening ever so often lately and I think she may be getting car sick. I didn't have a change of clothes so I try to clean her and my car off as well as I can. We have the appointment and the kids are just not interested and the younger two are acting up. My DH takes them back into the waiting room while I finish up and he's playing with them. All of the sudden, I can hear my youngest DD screaming from all the way in my room. I go out there and she's just screaming but no one knows why. We take her down to the car and I notice she's holding her wrist and crying (she isn't even two yet). I try to have her hold a few things in her left hand and she just cries and cries. My DH goes back to work and I go grab the other kids some lunch because at this point they are all hangry. DD had stopped crying but still wouldn't move her arm. I decided to take her to urgent care and somehow she dislocated her shoulder! My poor baby! She's all good now, acting like nothing ever happened - meanwhile I was just so overwhelmed with it all, I was crying like a baby! The poor guy at Chick-FIL-a didn't know what to do with himself. ???
Prayers to you!! A boy! Yay!
