Asher or Ashton for a boys name. I love them both but I'm worried I'll nickname them Ash and it'll be too girly since a lot of ashley's are nicknamed ash.

I think Ash can go either way. I think it's pretty gender neutral. My youngest son's middle name is Asher and I love it.

My nephew's middle name is Asher, so I'm biased lol. Plus, Ash is a gender neutral name. There are boys simply named Ash and there are girls with the nickname Ash. There's nothing wrong with you calling him Ash.

Love Asher! And Ash doesn’t sound girly to me, it’s pretty neutral.
