Peziza repanda, it's a fungus.

It looks like the pictures of wood ear fungi.

They look like wood ear mushrooms. But I'm not sure.

Its not a mushroom. Its a fungi. Look up "fungi growing in yard". It'll tell you exact types.

LOL! Yeah, I typed in "mushrooms that look like beef curtains".

I would probably type in mushroom and whatever state you live in. It'll give you a guide for the ones that grow near you and you should be able to figure it out that way.

You can do a reverse image search and it will come up with similar looking photos.
