@mommy - $275K on almost 1.5 acres with a little creek running through the back of the property. Perfect for goats! ? 1575 sq ft on each level, although the basement is unfinished - we'll be finishing ourselves this spring/summer.

Best part is, we sold our 3200 sq ft house (on three levels) on 1/3 acre for $400K in September. We "downsized" and are saving a CRAP TON of money each month and I couldn't be happier about it.

@scrittore - that faucet was only $170. There is a touch20 that looks just like it that's close to $400 but I wasn't splurging on a faucet. I splurged on the cabinets! ? I love them and they were worth the extra cost!

Thanks ladies! It was certainly a lot of fun picking out everything. The builder is a small local business (a guy and his brothers) and they are so honest and hard working. They didn't use builder grade anything. They gave us budgets for things like the faucets, appliances, flooring, and lighting and told us to stay in the budget but didn't care what we bought. We did go over on the appliances because my husband had to have that huge fridge. ?

It was really a great process. Very excited!
