Can you buy another? We have an elf on the shelf and tell my brothers that he is watching. Every night when they go to sleep, we move him to a different spot in the house and tell my brothers that he went back to Santa to tell him how they acted that day. They are little angels with this elf here!

They know he's supposed to come tomorrow but there is NO way I'm going to the store over the next few days. Maybe I'll tell them the North Pole had a big snow storm and he's stuck there for another day or two.

How old were your LOs when you started doing elf on a shelf? I want to do it too but my baby will only be 6 months this Christmas

I did it the first year it came out. However long ago that was. I think my DS was 2 or 3 and we have done it ever since. My DD is 4 and has always enjoyed it. My youngest is 1 and she'll probably get a kick out of it too.
