Best Friends in jail AGAIN!
I just wish she'd get it together, I love her so much, but the drugs have just ruined her life. I've been getting a collect call for days and have been ignoring it, not knowing who it was but having a pretty good idea. I finally caved and answered tonight after 5 calls. She told me she has no bond because she was arrested while on probation so she wasn't asking for bail money, she just wanted me to add money to my phone so she could call me and talk to me. She said she feels so alone and no one else will talk to her. I went ahead and added $10 and she's supposed to call me later tonight.

Sorry to hear about your friend but maybe a little jail time will force her to change. Sometimes you have to hit rock bottom to change. Hopefully this is her wake up call

The best thing you can do as a friend is talk to her and be straight up . Tell her its time to change

I feel your pain. My brother is in and out of jail. He's an addict. Addicted to alcohol and meth. It's sad watching his life fall apart. I have faith that one day he will get his life together. I wish nothing but the best for your friend. Addiction is a hard thing to beat.

She will be sitting there a while! I guess she really messed up this time and is facing up to 15 years! We had a nice long talk and she sounds like she's ready to change... and now she has a lot of time to make that change a reality and get her life back on track. I told her that as hard as it is to hear, I would much rather her in jail than dead so even though I'm sad for her situation, it's better than the inevitable alternative if she doesn't get her life in order.
