Every member of the family has a pumpkin (we carved them tonight). The last pumpkin is a baby in utero. ☺️ I can post a close up. The angle was kind of off here. I got a better one on my good camera.

I was looking at the last one on the right, which kind of looks like a monster eating a child so I was hoping that wasn't it lol. Now that I see the one on the left I think it's cute!

Eta: now I'm curious what is the one on the right supposed to be??

Just a thought, maybe try moving it to the right side! I always look left to right (just because that's the way we were taught to read) so I was looking at the wrong side for the longest time! But its adorable either way :)

That's a great idea, ladies! Didn't even think of that. I'll rearrange them tomorrow evening and retake the picture.

The one on the right is a guy screaming with his hands on his cheeks. That was my husbands reaction to finding out he was going to be a dad of 4! LOL!

I did the owl for my DD and the sugar skull for me. My DS did the one in the middle, it was his first time carving 100% by himself. My husband did his, the baby, and the toddler face, which was for our 13 month old.

This is awesome. :) I wish I would've done something like this for my announcements.

I love it! I used pumpkins for our announcement last year too. One said Dad with my dh's birthday month and day. One said mom with my birthday month and day. The third one said baby with my due date.

I think its a cute idea. Maybe do left to right oldest to youngest? People read left to right so when you said last pumpkin a lot of us looked at the right one. Maybe you could do birth years ahead of it? Just an idea its your announcement! Cute idea though.

I automatically looked at the right thinking 'end' and thought "how's that meant to be a baby", then when going back to the start (left) seen the baby pumpkin.

Yeah, I honestly wasn't even thinking last night when we lined them up! It totally makes sense to put them oldest to youngest. I also did a pic stitch which are all close ups. I think it's much better.

I kept thinking I saw an avp scene or something from 'slither'. I was looking at the wrong pumpkin!!!!
