It's a cute idea, but I don't think at their birthday celebration is the right time to announce. It's just my opinion though. It's a day to celebrate both their birthdays, therefore the attention should be on them.

At those ages, I would. I don't know about your family, but with mine toward the end of the party people are talking about their lives and the birthday kids are off with their cousins playing. So It would work out great.

I think it's a great idea! It's at the end of the party so I don't think it's taking any attention away from them, I'm sure they'll be really excited with the news too!
