??? My three year old destroyed the bathroom! She's been potty training. I was upstairs feeding the baby and my husband let her have her "alone time". He heard a bang and goes in to find that she ripped the towel rack off the wall, ripped out the drywall anchors, and stuffed three rolls of TP in the toilet!!!

Wow for a little girl she sure can do some damage. This will definitely be something you will all laugh about in the future. I'm laughing about it now. But it's easier to do when it's not your house.

Lol! I never told her not to rip towel racks off the wall.... Mainly because, well....... Who would tell a three year old that?!?!?

She does know about how much TP to use and not to unroll the roll.

You teach them that it's not okay by reprimanding them. Obviously if you have a child ripping things off the walls it has to be dealt with. Most children do these things by accident or by just being a child and not thinking about it but either way it deserves to be corrected in a way the child will know darn well that it is wrong to do so.

I've been a firm believer in spanking and being very strict and I'll tell you what, my 5 yr old has not broken things, will not throw a tantrum, and will not act out of rage because she knows it will not be tolerated. To each his own with parenting but this works well in my house.

I disagree. Children learn what you teach them. I doubt she was told not to tear the racks off the wall or dump the tp into the bowl. There was no one supervising her that would have told her so and this isn't your normal conversation that you have with your three year old.

@Lobo she would be smacked on the butt because at 3 yrs old they know right from wrong. If she got away with that without repercussions then why not do it again? Not excusing the dad for not watching better but let's be honest, men usually don't watch kids as well as mothers do.

It's amazing how fast those little gremlins move. My 2 year old would take about 1.46 split seconds to destroy our bathroom if left alone. Luckily he doesn't like going to the potty alone (just yet)

I nearly died laughing at some of these comments ?

Don't make me go potty... You wouldn't like me when I go potty.

Holy Bruce Banner! She did what grown men sometimes can't do! Ripping that shît out of the wall is not an easy feat! That must have been one angry poop!

Jeez. Just a warning: don't piss her off. I think she may have turned into the incredible Hulk while she was alone.

My 2 year old is a digger its so discusting were trying to potty train her and she will often go , if we stand out side the door. Well she lost those privileges last week when I walked out for two seconds and cracked the door I look down at my phone and heard water ???? she had her entire arm and fore arm submerged I could have died for her...it was gross..

She did get in trouble. She's 3 and clearly knows right from wrong. My husband certainly shouldn't have left her alone but she also needed to be disciplined to teach her that this was wrong.

Why would you smack her a$$? It's dad's fault for not watching her. She's three years old. That's normal behavior.

Ugh. I'm a little nuts, but whenever I hear someone's baby was playing in or near the toilet I cringe. Not saying I'm judging or my child won't do it , because I'm sure I get to that day. But I know if and when it comes, I will cry like why me?????? and then wash her like 10 times.

And this is where my child gets a smack on the a$$

I'm sorry but this is just too cute.

Omg! I would cry! :(

I seriously have the tp out of reach until my son learns self control.

Looks like my bathroom after my 2 yr old goes potty. He always unroll the entire toilet paper roll and sprays the floors with air freshener.

deleted-user

deleted-user

Haha. If he left her alone long enough for her to do all that damage then he deserves having to repaint the bathroom.

He lost it! We've been painting the house for over a week trying to get it ready for the market. This was one of the only rooms we didn't need to repaint, but now we have to paint it in it's entirety because we don't have any touch up paint left! ?

Omg!! I'm sorry, I know this isn't funny for you, but I laughed a bit.

Poor bathroom. She really did a number. What did your husband say? Lol

Eek! Bathroom time can turn brutal quickly. I also allow my son "alone time" when he potties because he asks me to go away lol

Pull as much out as you can with a glove, plunge the rest and hope for the best.
