Tacos with ground sausage??

Or sauteed sausage, mushrooms, and spinach over pasta with homemade alfredo (butter, cream, and parmesan).

Ground sausage, scrambled eggs, cheese, and salsa in a tortilla! So good!

Sometimes I do hashbrowns in there too.

I do potatoes with ground meat with a mix of herbs, sometimes with peppers and other veggies, a little bit of tomatoes and bake it in the oven. When its almost done i mix eggs with a little yoghurt or sparkling water and just pour it on top. Bake for another 10 min. My husband loves this.

Sorry. Yes. Can add anything to it. Sausage is good with scrambled eggs.

Op yeah just scrambled eggs with added stuff like sausage and veggies. You could also do an egg bake the same way, just put the mixture in a casserole dish and bake it topped with cheese.

What about an egg scramble with sausage and melted cheddar on top. Do you have potatoes. Can do sweet or reg home fries.

I'm just kind of losing it! Ever since the in-laws moved in, I've been cooking for 7 people (as opposed to 4). My MIL just buys random s*** and takes it out to thaw - i.e johnsonville ground sausage.

I really don't want to go to the store... AGAIN... for the 27th time since they moved in!

If it has seasonings in it already, then no. But I don't think it would even be considered sausage if it didn't... Most have either sage or Italian seasonings that would completely clash with mexican seasonings.

You could make spaghetti with it instead of ground beef. You could make it super simple and just make patties with a couple sides.

Don't know about the tacos but it sounds like it'd be good with mashed potatoes and gravy!
