She's just... Weird. I don't know. She doesn't wear much jewelry or makeup. She does her own hair (colors and cuts). She wears clothes that are super old. If she buys something new, she thinks about it for weeks and then will leave the tag on for a few more weeks in case she changes her mind.
Maybe a gift card to sallys beauty supply or beauty store since she does her own hair maybe? A spa set would be nice since she likes to do her own beauty stuff :)

We ended up getting her a ..... Drum roll please........ RICE COOKER! Haha! It's also a steamer, so she can steam her veggies (which she normally does in the microwave). We found a deal on amazon, it was regularly $100 on sale for $36.
