Yeah at 3 they learn this fun thing called independence. My son thinks he can do everything all by himself and throws a royal fit if you try to assist.he also likes to test us and see if we're serious, like when we count to 3 for example.
OP I'll post a pic of what my 3 year old nephew did yesterday, Yup you hear about terrible 2s but no one tells you about the terrifying 3s and holy crap 4s...lol
Forget the terrible 3's. It's all about the frightening 4's.
Mommy needs a drink after today...
My son isn't even 2 yet and he's doing this ish, too. He's poured soap all over my carpet on 2 separate occasions.
Oh Stockton, every kid is different but for us an extra year has taught our dd to be sneaky. If it's quiet and you can't see her she's up to something usually naughty lol.
I'm sorry to break it to you, but yes, 3 is sooooo much worse!
My DD is also WAY worse than my DS was. He had his moments here and there buy I swear, she never ever ever stops. I call her my sour patch kid because she's just like those commercials - one minute she's so sweet and the next she is rotten!
My ds did something similar with sudocreme and sun cream, he decided to rub it into my carpet, I only went for a quick wee ? I still can't get the stain out and he's 6 now! My dad isn't even 2 yet but is so much more trouble than her brother, I know I have something bad coming from her.
Please. Please. Please for the sake of what tiny ounce of sanity I have left, don't tell me threes are worse than twos. ????
Oh no! Hopefully she didn't eat any!
My son got into his diaper cream the other day.. I went into his room and it was ALL over him. He looked at me and said "belly sore mom. Hands sore. Face sore" Because I tell him that the cream is for when his bum is sore lol. And he's only 2.. Cannot wait for 3 ?
Oh man, the threes are definitely worse than twos. They've had another year to get smarter and learn to plan their moves better.
LOL! We were playing in her room but my 7 week old started crying so I went to change her diaper in my room and feed her. My 3 year old said she was going to go get her juice downstairs and then she went back in her room. I assumed she was playing because I could hear her in there clanking around and talking. Then, I smelled it!! I already knew what she had done before I walked in there. Hahahaha!!
This same exact thing happened with my 3 year old and a bottle of Glade Carpet Powder. It STILL smells upstairs.
I saw a video where a mom followed a trail of flour to her living room and it was everywhere.. Her twins were having a blast.. I would have cried..
Oh yeah 3 is fun. I can't wait till dd gets out on her own. I'm gonna go to her house immediately take off my clothes, go straight to her silverware drawer throw every piece of clean cutlery everywhere, take my pants down pee and or poop on her floor. Then scream for cookies.
I LOVE using Purex Crystals in my laundry-they smell SOOOOOOOO good!!! I remember my first ds did something similar with baby powder...it was on my night stand and when I realized that he was a little too quiet I checked on him and he had powder all over himself and my room...he said he wanted to smell fresh
