Constant lightening crotch?

Happens to me I'm 35 weeks. I'm pretty sure I'm dilating when it happens.. But dr won't check til 36+ weeks. She just took a culture :( boo! It's a burning sensation right?

Not burning, it's a stabbing feeling. It's terrible! :-( I mean, I've had it off and on all pregnancy but this has been pretty constant for the past 15 or so minutes! I would love for it to be a sign, can't wait to meet my new girl. :-)

Thanks B.Law! At my last appt I was completely thinned and 1cm dilated. I've still got some time though!

Omg I know the feeling..my kuka is just in pain.. I was 2cm last week today I have an appointment.. So we will see ..

I've been having this too but my cervix was (as of last week) still towards the back (2nd child) and elongated :(. I'm 39 weeks today ...no dilation as of last week just a big ole baby head bouncing around on my vajayjay and sciatic nerve...sigh.

Mine does that constantly!! Any time I spread my legs apart just a little it's like someone is ripping my crotch open!!! I did not have this with my last one it sucks!!!

Ahhh and it stops you in your tracks. Blaw, Im glad you answered. When you google lightening crotch, not the best things pop up haha
