Butter? Out or in the fridge
Do you keep butter out on the counter or in the fridge? Where do you live? LOL!
If your pregnant- please do not leave butter out. Salt apparently stops it from growing bacteria faster then other food but after 4 days I would toss it. I personally won't feed it to my children. You can also make your own spread by adding olive oil and blending the butter so is soft and spreadable and be able to put it in the fridge.
Haha! @Lisa - that's why I wanted to ask. I always figured it would go bad too because it's dairy but DH's family always leaves it out and they've never gotten sick from it and it's never spoiled.
Ok! You've ladies have convinced me, I'm leaving it out!
We used to use margarine and I would only use butter sticks for cooking, but after realizing how bad margarine is for your heart and arteries, I decided to use butter 100%. Everyone is right, it sucks to use when cold because you can't spread it. I bought a butter dish two days ago and now it's on the counter! :-)
When I was a kid my mom always kept it in the fridge, which I thought was stupid because of course, it's hard to spread. When I got my own place I always kept it out and eventually my mom came around to my way of thinking and can't believe she ever liked it in the fridge. We're in the north.

On the counter in a butter bell. You can't spread real butter that's been in the fridge until you want to use it.
I buy at least 2 2 lbs bricks of butter every time I go shopping since I do a lot of baking. One brick stays on the counter and one goes in the fridge until the counter one is gone. If I already had one in the fridge extra goes in the freezer.
I never know when hubby will want cookies or something so I can never have to much.
Ketchup… do you keep it in the fridge or the cabinet?
I find it pretty hilarious how people who have shown their true colors on social media snake away, delete the posts that outed them and come back on social media like nothing happened. Why do that, you outed yourself, so stay out. We still see you boo boo...
What would you do with $25,000
If you received an extra $25,000. What would you do with it? ?
What do you do if you have no where to go and you get kicked out of your mom's house.
Do you mommies do the "cry it out" method?
Counter. I'm in ny.
