Tylenol and heat? If you don't feel right by tomorrow, call the dr or l&d and just let them know what happened. Get some rest!!

If you're worried you can call your Dr to see what they say. But I would just alternate between heat and cold compresses, take some Tylenol, lay down and rest.

My mom has had 2 miscarriages from falling on her hip/butt. I'd go in and get checked out just in case. Hope you're ok.

I say go in. You experienced a trauma and both you & baby should be monitored just to be sure that everything is ok. Hope you feel better soon.

I would definitely go in, my friend was pregnant and slipped outside on ice and fell on her butt and didn't think anything about it and the next day (I think it was the next day anyways) she went to her regular OB appointment and they did an ultrasound and she had pinched the umbilical cord and they had to rush her to the hospital and do an emergency csection right then. Good luck.

I'm heading to L&D now. They want to monitor me and baby for a bit.

Hi ladies! Thanks for all the prayers and positive thoughts!

I am home now. They monitored me for a few hours until my BP went back down and the contractions stopped. I am supposed to take it easy today and I have a doc appt tomorrow at 8:30am. :-)
