The poor girl then started questioning her sexuality, wondering if staying with him would make her a lesbian.
That's devastating.. I would be so hurt. If we were married, I have absolutely no clue what I'd do. As a wife, I'd have to atleast try being supportive, but at what cost??? It's not all about him, but its not all about me either. Idk.
If we were only bf/gf which is my situation now, I'd voice my frustrations, tell him how much I love him and probably leave. It starts with dressing like a woman but still loving me, and fast forwards to me being left with our child while he was out hitting up the town with some guy!
I'm a huge worry wart. I'd be so paranoid. I have no problems with the gay community, but if you knew what you wanted, why would you even drag me into it?! And nobody even said anything about being gay!!!!! :/ See? Worry wart
I'd be hurt but not disgusted. I dated a guy for 2 years in highschool who opened up and told me he had fantasies about men. I told him if he thought he was gay he needed to figure it out and I'd be right there for him. I loved him, I knew he loved me, but figuring out your own identity trumps everything else.
Yes I'd be hurt, but I'd understand how much courage it took for him to come forward that way. Id be there as a friend even if I knew the marriage was over.
@Leslie, I like your answer. I've never been in that situation and new things make me freak out (obviously lol). I admire that you'd stick around for him, but me personally, I know I wouldn't. I'd probably try, but it's hard watching someone you love move on.
I've dealt with my first love being in love with another woman and he would call me pretty much every night crying for her and asking me for advice when she started treating him badly. I stuck through it, but I just can't imagine doing that with the man I'm with now. Even though that isnt the situation of course. I'd rather just rip the band aid off :/

Wow I'm not sure what I would do! I KNOW my bf isn't this way anything remotely feminine he says is "gay" and it makes him uncomfortable... But If I was in the situation I'm just not sure... I agree with Leslie though, I would be there for him as much as possible but probably couldn't stay in a relationship with him
