I use the clear blue connect ones. So their a little confusing .. definitely won't use them again. But I still have like 2 months worth left. :/

Brittani... clearblue advanced is definetly used with fmu!! As it tests for the hormone estrogen as well and it's found in fmu!! But as far as opk test strips.. they are not to be used with fmu because they test for the lh surge and that particular one isn't broken down in fmu!!

Do whatever the box tells u. But as u get closer to positive I'll test more than once a day

So on the clearblue advanced ovulation test, I should not listen to instructions as it says test with fmu?? And test in the afternoon? This is my first month using opks.

But next cycle u should bbt as it's the only way to actually confirm ovulation. Because sometimes our bodies don't release an egg.. And it'll try to ovulate again later and it's just better to know if it actually happened or not.

If you got a positive on the 25th.. I would count the next day as ovulation and today you would be 1dpo!

Usually when u get your first positive... you ovulate 12 to 36 hours later..so most people usually say 1dpo is the following day. However... I always ovulate on my second day of positives which is confirm2d by bbt.

Never use opks with fmu.. it gives false rwadings.
