I had a miscarriage an July and I'm sure it was due to low progesterone. Well I found out today I'm pregnant again. And was wondering if anyone knows of any otc progesterone supplements I can take till I can see the doctor. Pros and cons to doing this are ok

Could you call in and at least have them prescribe you some untill you can be seen. I also have to take Them.

I had two miscarriages... And am pregnant again.. I ha ve been on progesteron since I was pregnant... So its really needed when u have risk of miscarriage. Am 13 weeks and will stop soon.

I used a cream from a local store until I got in with my doctor to order prescription. You can get creams on amazon too.

I have low progesterone as well doctor put me on pills once a night until second trimester gets here

Taking at least 1000 in vitamin c helps too! Also take a Dha pill

I would ask your doctor that question. Make them see you asap or at least make him send your prescription to a pharmacy to start it meanwhile. My doc got me in quick and i started progesterone that day. He had done 21 day progesterone on me so we knew my levels. Im now 12 weeks and almost getting off of it. I really think the progesterone (Crinone) had alot to do with it.
There is only a over the counter topical to use from vitamin shoppe but who knows if your doc wants to check your levels so that may interfere.
