Does this look like the start of a miscarriage? Had a ultrasound today and saw a empty sac measuring 4 weeks. Have no idea when I conceived as I haven't had a period since coming off the nexplanon April 23rd. There were 2 sacs one measured 4 weeks and looked great. But the other was odd shaped and didn't look good for that one. Could I be processing the bad sac out now ? But the other be ok?

Unfortunately based of bleeding, we aren't able to really guess. Some bleeding can be normal in pregnancy. It's always something to let your doctor know about and get checked out. Any cramping?
I would call your doctor and let them know.
