babytuna I did the mirena & had a bad experience but because the jack ass who placed it

Hey ladies in 2 weeks PP ..
My bleeding although has turned into a very dark red more brownish Color .. No pain or cramps just change in color it's very light . Just wondering if normal or if I should be worried !?
