I still sleep on my stomach even though it's huge. I can't sleep any other way. I don't think it hurts the baby or anything.

I slept on my belly til it was impossible to do so anymore. I've done that with both pregnancies, it doesn't hurt the baby, they're so protected by many layers. But this is a great invention, if this wasn't my last baby i'd get one
