I get in pregnancy that your body goes threw some drastic changes. But is it normal that my left breast only hurts on one half of it ? It's sore to the slightest touch. I almost want to cry when I touch it. Someone please help me with this pain!

Localised pain like that isn't normal.
I'm not a health professional, but that sounds like a blocked duct to me. Try warm compresses and massage to shift it, continue nursing as normal, and if it doesn't improve go see your doctor.

K1 I'm not nursing I'm 25 weeks pregnant with my 2nd. Could this still be a blocked duct ?

I don't know then. I was leaking colostrum that early, but others have posted on here that they haven't until much later.
I think you should see your doctor.
