I am 35+6 weeks and my baby girl hasn't budged all day. I've tried drinking something cold. Get up moving around. And tried waking her up but still got nothing. She's usually overly active. Should I be concerned?

Try laying on ur back with ur feet up. Might help. If no movement after awhile then call ur doc and go in.

My baby would sleep long periods of time so this business of counting 10 kicks in an hour, over 8 hrs or 10 hrs simply wouldn't work. My obgyn said to be objective, u know ur body and babys routine etc and in my case baby was very calm but when she would kick she would really kick.

At that stage i noticed more movements after midnight etc.

My little guy had moments around 34-36 weeks where he'd go 3 days with hardly any movements. I had to adapt to it being his new "norm", which is scary at first when they tell you to feel so many movements in a day or several hours. My dr told me that 3 a day were fine.

Definitely have it checked first, but if everything's ok (which it should be), then try and see if your habits (food, emotions, etc) have any bearing on his daily activity. When I'm stressed, he stresses. If it's not any of those, just keep track of his new activity so you know if anything changes

GET CHECKED. My baby was always active but slowed right down and I struggled to get her to move. Turned out her heart kept slowing down and I had an emergency c-section. She was in intensive care for 5 days but is now fine. They said if I had waited it could of been a whole lot worse!!!!! Please get checked out

Evelyn_perez no I wouldn't wait babies pass all the time for not paying close attention to there movements. Lazy day or not they should still move a little. She needs to be at the E.R

If you said you tried everything than please get up and go to the emergency room. That is something very serious! Hope everything is okay with u and baby!

I'd go to the ER. Sometimes babies have lazy days where they don't move as often but if you're feeling no movements at all, all day, definitely give them a call to go get checked out. Better safe than sorry.

You should call your doctor and tell them you are concerned, last year i didnt feel my baby moving, i poked and played music, drank coffe o.j and ate but nothing, went in and turned out that my baby passed. I was 39 weeks, im pregnant now and i know to be on top of things, my doctor is very understanding and then i was with midwifes , so know im with a obg. But it is good and doesnt hurt to safe

Well it's up to you. It might be nothing. But what I said before is the guidelines my midwife gave me for if my baby wasn't moving as much as normal. So personally if I was in your situation I would at least call and see what they say.

Maybe she's just lazy today. She's sleepy and squished in there and maybe because of the limited amount of space she has, she's just chilling today. I'm sure she's okay! Sometimes my baby would do that and then at night time she would go absolutely crazy and kick my ribs! Wait for it!
