I feel the same, toast and soup seem to be the only things I'm eating for the moment, which isn't too bad tbh x

Just food aversion. Nothing sounds good to me. I'm usually eating soft foods like eggs, applesauce, certain soups. But I really don't want that I just know I need to eat. And I'll eat like once a day if that.

Same here, haven't been interested in much of anything this week but I think it's mainly due to nausea

Are you vomiting or just having food aversions? All last week I had no clue I was pregnant and ate very little and had no appetite. As long as you're not vomiting and staying hydrated I think your okay and just need to find something you can eat.
