My AF isn't suppose to come for another week. But my body has been a little off. Last night I took a test and there was a faint line indicating that it was positive. Is it possible to get an accurate reading so early?

There's no such thing as a false positive. So if there's any type of line it's probably positive unless it's your eyes playing tricks on you.
