Constant regret :(
Someone please tell me I'm not crazy. I stopped bfing my son when he was 2 months old. I wasn't producing enough to keep up with him and he was having issues latching from day 1. So I was pumping all the time and I was getting really discouraged.

Thank you! I just feel like he deserves better and I feel awful that I didn't try to do more and more about it. I need to get over these moments of regret because its starting to have an impact on everything else around me. Blah

Rant
My SO has been rude a lot ever since I've gotten pregnant...he said he doesn't care about my pregnancy, he doesn't even take one day off from work just ONE to come to at least one ultra sound appointment. I mean he's always making sure I'm fed, he lets use the heating pad, and even apologized to saying he doesn't care. My son is 7 and he knows race and color. Why? Because he himself comes from a family that is multi racial and because he has already experienced racism. I also believe as his mother it’s my job to teach him color and the cold hard truth about society. He knows what’s going on in this world. I’d be hurting him if I allowed him to blindly walk out...
You shouldn't feel guilty at all. You tried. Not all babies can bf and not all women can produce enough to feed baby. I bf my 1st son for 4mos, my 2nd son for 4wks, and I ff my dd from day one. She's now 3mos and she's just as happy and healthy as my boys were. I personally don't put too much emphasis on bf. I know they say its best but babies are just as healthy when they're ff. just focus on enjoying your baby and bonding with him. That's the most important thing :) It doesn't matter how he gets his food....he loves you no matter what and knows you're doing your best :):)
