cough but no fever?
My almost three month old has had this dry cough for about a week. She's had no fevers but the cough is pretty dry. What home remedies do you recommend? Should I call the nurse line and see what they say?

For an infant of that age I'd seek medical attention. It's most probably viral and just needs to be allowed to run its course but they can deteriorate rapidly when they're under 3 months

Okay. She has been acting fine just every once in a while she coughs. She also coughs a lot while she sleeps at night.

Do you have a humidifier in your house? It could be that it's too dry in your house. Call the nurse line, but all try the humidifier.

Yes I do have one. But okay I will. Thanks @colts

My little guy is 3 months and has a sporadic dry cough that really only kicks in at night. No fever, no fussiness, he got pink eye the other day but he had the cough for about a week and a half before that. His dr said it's most likely post nasal drip that is making him cough at night. He sleeps with a humidifier on and I have him propped up... that seems to help the coughing. I would call the nurse line to see if the dr wants to listen to his lungs, but she said other than propping him up to help with the drip and the humidifier, it just has to run its course.

I'd try jacking up the humidifier. With it being winter and the heat running, it could be dry air.
