Bcs, I get ya. Its like that with a lot of breeds. I've honestly read a lot of how much they love playing with children too. If heaven forbid anything happened hes small enough that hes not gonna kill my kids ya know.
Thank you everyone,hes so dang cute. My husband works away weeks at a time. We have a gsd ,whos about 8 and sleeps outside most nights, but his hearing is failing. And our heeler mix sleeps with my oldest and a loud fan. So I feel vulnerable. Everything Ive read says these guys are awesome at alerting you about everything lol
I am giving my ducks to a lady with other ducks and a pond tonight though. They chase and peck him and hes started going back after them now.
Dragon-I'm just going by what I've heard about them but with any animal if you treat them right you will have a great family pet. I was just saying what I'd heard about them. But I'm guessing it's like most of the "tougher" breeds. They all can be tough if mistreated but make the best family dogs because of their loyalty and protection etc.
Bcs from what I've read theyre amazing family dogs and not bothered by children like some other small breeds..? I'm sure he'll be fine though, he's been cuddling and playing with them for days.
