It was no easy task, peachy! We had to hold it forever. Then today decorated with new icing and it was 1000x better because I read if you whip it longer it aerates the sugar so it dries faster.

What's your secret to getting it to stand? My mom tried to make one but the icing wouldn't hold to get it all together. Do you have any tips?

Great job. I love making these. Haven't done one in years. Can't wait to do this when my son is older
